Nations from one end of this planet to the other are pulling their nationals out of Iraq and Kerry is somehow going to convince them to not only go back in for humanitarian purposes, but to assist us in putting down an uprising? You can't mean that.

The only realistic way to declare victory and withdraw from Iraq is to cut a deal with the enemy. Bush is already asking Iran for help, and that's halfway there. Maybe Kerry would do the same thing, maybe not. Hey, if there were two presidents, one for foreign affairs and one for domestic, I'd consider voting for Kerry for the foreign affairs slot.
