Thanks for the Cyborg article. Couple this with some of the technology DARPA is funding these days, and we are headed down a road fraught with peril - see Ray's post from earlier today Message 20021548 . You can't stop the growth of knowledge, but the uses to which it is applied in a militarist culture, bode ill for the future of our species.
