So you are saying that Rich Lowry's article is all bunk?

FWIW, I saw the interview too. Alan Colmes another liberal
both were rudely interrupting Lowry in attack mode, asking
specifically about one point, not the entire article. It
was just another example of a typical liberal response
when they can't debate the issue - attack the messenger -
ridicule some small point of contention - dismiss the rest
with sweeping generalities or completely ignore the
preponderance of facts that are contrary to their POV.

And Clarke is not a conservative, not even close. He's a
partisan hack, voted for Gore in 2000 & his only known
political contributions went to liberal democrats.

I think that for the most part, Rich Lowry's article hit
the nail right on the head. The liberal left is so wrapped
up in their zeal to retake the White House that they are
willing to say almost anything to get it. And that
includes placing our national security at risk.

You may feel free to dismiss the entire article over one
debatable point of contention if that suits your bias. It
won't however, change reality.
