He was probably referring to the paperwork they captured when US soldiers upon their arrive in Baghdad made the specific point to guard the Oil Ministry Building, and none of the other buildings that would have been important to helping to establish a democracy.

I'd LOVE to see what stats he's talking about on the amount of oil coming out of the pipe over there.....he SAID they were right on TARGET ?!?!?!?!?!

the only thing on target over there are the DISRUPTIVE FORCES that he NEVER even anticipated.....as if his HANDLERS anticipated ANYTHING after their march into Baghdad
