It's no secret that the UN has more bad countries than good. That's why the organization doesn't work.

Apparently what's a secret [at least to you] is that the only countries that count are the ones in the Security Council of which 5 have veto power. Guess what? We're one of them and if there is something we don't like, we just veto it. So if you want to blame any malfunctioning of the UN, blame on the nations in the Sec. Council who have veto power and who ultimately, control of the UN.

They are the ones who rule!
