LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Handset maker Nokia (NOK) was down 1.3 percent amid a report in the German magazine Focus Money that it was losing market share in the country. The magazine report cited managers at stores selling services from Vodafone (VOD) and T-Mobile, a unit of Deutsche Telekom (DT). Nokia is also losing market share in Britain, a report in the Sunday Times said. Nokia's market position has been under scrutiny since it warned on declining first quarter sales.

LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Handset maker Nokia (NOK) on Wednesday said it would launch a new version of its N-Gage portable game machine/mobile phone with a memory slot, longer battery life, better controls and brighter screen. Nokia, which recently warned on declining first quarter sales, said the deck will cost around $199 or 199 euros as an unsubsidized, untaxed retail price and will be available in May 2004 for Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific and in June 2004 for the Americas.
