"For instance, SPD windows do go from "clear to dark and anywhere in between".

Wrong Ed. 30% passivity of light is not "clear". It is more like SPD went from ugly purplish blue to barely being able to see through.

I know. I saw it with my own eyes and was astounded that REFR outright fabricated the BS they did.

REFR is the company who is known for lying, distorting, and misrepresenting.

Shortly after announcing a buyback program, REFR sold stock instead of buying it back. Therefore their intent was to mislead. Their buyback program was fraudulent in every aspect of the definition.

REFR also claimed SPD would sell for $5-20 per square foot for many years. This was to suck investors in. I consider that statement fraudulent also.

Harary and Saxe are the scum of the investing world. They are as sleazy as any penny stock scammer I have run across.

They are intent on raping investors and stealing their money using false pretenses.

Luckily this lowly POS company is going to the pink sheets as soon as they run out of cash. That is where it belongs.
