It's unbelievable that he abuses his office by using U.S. Marshalls to violate journalist's Constitutional rights. Not only has he failed to recuse himself when he has a clear conflict of interest in the Cheney case before the Court but he's accepted free gratuities in violation of federal law. He's an embarrassment and should resign. Scalia is a brilliant jurist who would be missed...moreover Scalia clarified his policy yesterday which is to exclude only television cameras.....and he apologized for the actions of the federal marshalls.....
