I didn't, I am not, and you still failed to provide a yes or no answer as to wheter you think Pluvia's verbatim words were flatly false. That is all that is required. Being a branded re-seller of a TDMA product doesn't mean TDMA is not one of your products, it means it IS one of your products, plain and simple. Are you now saying Tern's products were solely S-CDMA as Pluvia did? LOL.
