Lehman upgrades AVCI to Equal-Weight from Underweight and raises their target to $16 from $12 after Huawei announced it had won a backbone core router contract from China Telecom with its NE5000 (which is an OEM'd version of AVCI's SSR router); firm considers the joint win a major breakthrough for AVCI, as the co has had only one major carrier customer (AT&T) for the last 4 years, and they believe that AVCI and Huawei may be working on other projects in China which they expect to lead to more contracts later in the year.
