I noticed that also. Me and the guys in my band were in the kitchen watching the press conference. I noted to each of them how they carefully should observe Bush's eyes and his relationship to the podium--how he clings to it and reaches for it and what he does with his eyes. I also noted that he'd most likely get questions that would enable him plenty of roaming room. My two musician friends were amazed that I had picked this out, as they observed the press conference and especially when it was over. To lots of folks if they don't know what they're looking for, they won't find it.
