I believe Kerry's approach would be two-pronged:

a) Send immediately more troops in order to help to protect those already there; and,

b) Immediately establish positive, not negative, relations with the United Nations and the key members of the Security Council; move to enable large numbers of US troops to get rotated out of Iraq and replaced by UN peacekeepers with assistance from the Organization of the Islamic Conference which is composed of 56 Muslim nations.

What, you ask? Organization of the Islamic Conference? Bush probably doesn't even know this organization exists! And Bush still probably is in the dark on the fact that Iraq's Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has yet to have a face-to-face communication with any American in Iraq. Americans only communicate with Sistani in writing. Amazing, ain't it? Did you know this?
