I would think a press conference should rank among the lesser stresses of being the President of the United States.

A person like Bush has spent his entire life glad-handing people. The only reason for a person like that to be stressed over a press conference is because he's afraid that he won't know the answers to the questions. I think he showed that fear to be well founded.
