No.Those are qualities that he has shown to possess over his years in gov't. He had the strength to stand up against the Vietnam war as a war veteran and a bravery medal recipient. It takes some serious courage for a young man to sit before a Congressional Committee.......... !!!! It takes courage for any young man to sit before a Congressional Committee and be questioned. Bush can't even do it alone without Cheney by his side for the 9/11 investigation and he is the Pres of the US. That fact alone is enough to illustrate Bush's weakness.
