Hey fool, he said their products were "solely" S-CDMA in an attempt to say they'd never catch up in the DOCSIS market. That statement as written ruled out TDMA products from Terayon altogether, in plain English. Unless, that is, you don't know what "is" is, nor what words mean (which would be no excuse in court, lol). Hey, did you forget to tell me whether or not you posted a link to the Cablelabs cease and desist letter on your site back then (ok, having been to truthseekers site then, I recall you did)? Does that clarify it for you little one? You see, we know now that Cardinal Partners was likely the ONLY source of complaints against Terayon over at Cablelabs (no others have been identified). I just thought maybe you put that link to that cease and desist letter on your site, at the behest of Cardinal Partners. TIA Dan B.
