No, the statement doesn't EVEN allow for that, nor suggest anything of the kind. TDMA products were indeed TERN products being offered by TERN into the marketplace. Pluvia polished this all off with the words (I paraphrase) "left only with proprietary products, tern doesn't have a chance."

Did you note that in fact time has proven that Pluvia was very wrong in the latter?

How about the issue as to whether you (and Pluvia both, for that matter) worked against Terayon and in the interest of or perhaps the paid behest of, Cardinal Partners? If so, do you think you should have mentioned it, and their letter writing campaign to Cablelabs, etc?
