I dont know who he hung out with in the military, but I suspect it wasnt the dog face grunts. The military, especially overseas where discipline on personal things is much more lax, is not normal society. Unless its changed one WHOLE HELL OF A LOT it is a fraternity of mostly MEN doing male things. Homosexuals would not only be a morale problem for the troops but it would lead to a danger for the homosexual himself. I know, there has been a lot of female integration since my day, but I still gotta believe its basically a MACHO outfit and to be honest, thats what its GOTTA BE when you are asking men to go into harms way. jdn
