I even admitted to it being a generalization. But I have seen these undercurrents at work in both rural and urban areas.

That still doesn't explain fully the guy that sticks an American Flag in the rear fence hole of his pick up and then driving like there's no tomorrow zooming all around the town. I've seen a couple of these types.

I'd like to have a flag on my car too, but I don't because more often then not it is taken as support for the war in Iraq. I do not support that war, so I do not display the flag. I feel like my flag has been hijacked.
