LOL, the Boston based high tech companies certainly seemed to have an odd approach to customer service when I was in the biz. I'll never forget my experiences trying to get Banyan Systems to support my installed base of customers. Now there is a company that bullied themselves out of business.

EMC burned out a lot of good sales guys. I remember interviewing with them and asking to talk to some of their reps. One guy had been there for 2 months and was doing his proposals by hand because they hadn't sent him a pc.

In fairness, Lycos did call me back today and got the Livecharts servers back up and running. I like their low end product interface more than the low end E-Signal product, but an interface with no data feed does me no good. I'll give it a month and then move to E-Signal for a backup feed if Lycos can't keep their promises to me.
