I stick with what i said back then. Remember you had us losing the war and seem to have always rooted for that outcome or am i confusing you with someone else.
Carl,
Do you have a job or just dog posters with their own words in one of thousands of posts they made? A united American front would have benefited our effort once the war began. And sistani doesn't have to talk us in order to be a key (or the key) figure. And the fact that the bush team has handled the post war iraq situation not as well as expected, is no reason not to try to be creative in finding a solution. "Backing down now may be the beginning of the end for the free, democratic, pluralistic world." I stand by that so a solution whether tri state or sistani led is far more desirable than either fighting this war forever or surrendering to OBL and the boys. And yes some folks in the Bush admin need to be fired and if Kerry turns out to be strong on iraq, i will consider firing the president who has been somewhat of a disappointment to me in running the post war situation and/or not firing some of the folks who messed up whether it be in defense, fbi, cia etc. mike
