Glad to hear your responses to SOME of my questions. I'd swear it was your site that contained the link to the Cablelabs letter to Terayon. I could be wrong, though I now see at least one other on the TERN thread way back when, may have also remembered it. No way, eh? That's what you told the other back then, too. I hold my doubts.

Re: "He never stated that tern did not sell TDMA products."

That's just silly in the face of his report. He spoke of the importance of TDMA DOCSIS products, listed an impressive list of TDMA DOCSIS competitors Tern would obviously have to battle in the marketplace, then stated flatly that TERN'S products were SOLELY S-CDMA based. This was a bold falsehood as plainly written without qualification, without question. As for your other response to this post along the same lines, Pluvia's words scarcely need interpretation, they speak for themselves.

I think it pretty plain Pluvia is involved in a fascinating short-selling scam concerning Terayon. Hey, I've never owned the stock...but did smell a rotten campaign against Terayon when I saw it unfolding.

Re: "Dan, your missing one thing. I always don't agree with Pluvia on stocks."

Didn't miss that, never made that claim. You sure were on the TERN thread back when, supporting Pluvia/agreeing on THIS stock, however. Guess you were wrong about this one, re: "The TJ 715x is the latest of Terayon’s DOCSIS 2.0 cable modems, more than 1.5 million of which have been deployed by operators worldwide, including the top five U.S. operators"

Re: "I never helped write a report on TERN"

Never said you did, just thought Truthseeker.com had a few words and had carried the link to the cablelabs letter. I take it I was wrong. All apologies.
