CR, Your posts are not nearly the same as those of kerry spirit. You and I just have an honest difference of opinion. Such is the right of every American. Similarly it is the right of every American to be negative and pessimistic - but such is not the American Spirit.

As to what Kerry's spirit is - the dem primary campaign was one of continual spite abd flame. Perhaps that was because it was necessary to veer left to counter Dean.

Kerry has months now to promote his agenda - an agenda that could say why he should be elected - not just why the other guy should not.

For instance - one of the major issues is health care. Now Kerry says balancing the budget is his priority - which is it? An honest lefty would say he is for universal health care and tell us how he is going to pay for. A dishonest politician simply flames the issue.
