Blaming 9-11 on CLinton is the height of dishonesty.
9-11 happened on GW's watch almosty a year after Clinton packed up his bags and left. Cheney-Bush and their top people were warned repeatedly but did nothing to guard against such an attack. Janet Reno has nothing to do with 9-11. obviously the culprits here are the ones who were on duty, not the ones on duty a year earlier.

Your spin is from the A-holes who blamed the California energy crisis on grey Davis, while being paid by Enron and Reliant, the culprits who actually did the ripping off. I'm not saying Bushies deliberately allowed 9-11 to happen but they might as well have for all the attention they were paying to Al Qaida. Clarke is a life-long Republican. He loved Bush Sr. But this new crew of neocons is AWOL on the important stuff while obsessed with all the secret selfish stuff. They need to GO.

It took Bush one week to attack Al Qaeda after he made it a priority. For 8 months he had done nothing. That's 32 chances to attack Al Qaeda.
