2003 tape?

It's now 2004 and we have committed troops in Iraq. The situation has changed and I am glad Kerry can change his mind..................much unlike Bush who stays the course no matter what changes.

Much of that 87 B was not strictly targeted for troops............in fact a ton of it has gone to Halliburton and Bechtel. Maybe Bush and Cheney should ask both those companies if their patriotism is worth the profits and ask them to give the profits back to the AMerican public so more equipment can be bought for the soldiers?
