Re: These are times that provoke strong emotions all around. I remember how bellicose I was in opposition to the maniac in the White House in the weeks before the 2000 election. Everything I predicted, the return of huge deficits, coddling of corporate criminals, coddling of the military-industrial monster has come to pass. I was screaming "bloody murder on the way" but the masses of asses who make up the electorate just didn't want to believe it. The fools who were vociferously telling us about how noble, decent, honest and good for investors George Bush was are now falling silent one by one, day by day. Awestruck by the monstrosity of what they have contributed to creating.

My conservative, life-long Republican boyfriend just told me Bush has to go that he's made a mess of Iraq. He thinks Bush is an incompetent idiot, like we do!!! And I just betcha that's what's going around the conservative email circuit because he reads that all the time, and sometimes sends me their propaganda. Of course, I send him facts, and some slams. Guess everyone just woke up! and realized we can't support this dope any longer. BTW, my boyfriend is an actual airforce veteran who actually served his country '70 to '74.
