Dear Iqbal,

Have you been drinking? There is a distinctly disjointed, inarticulate and irrational caste to your prose in your latest correspondence. I regret to say, but some of what you are writing seems, unfortunately and redundantly, to be lies that you are attempting to tell about me.

For instance, you lied in the first place when you said I was a fan of Moqtada al-Sadr. I am not. I think religious people like him are ludicrous. I've said this before. You seem to be remarkably consistent in your inability to comprehend what I write, and perhaps reality itself.

What I did say was that I am in agreement with al-Sadr that Iraq should have honest government. Do you agree? Yes or No. Don't do a Sleazza Rice filibuster on me. Yes or No -- Should Iraq have an honest government?

What is your answer, sir? I await your answer. I expect no less.

Here, I'll make this simple. Here's a ballot form for everyone on this thread to fill out:

Should Iraq have an honest government?

[..] YES

[..] NO

To the Thread: Please send your votes to me in response to this message, I will tally them.

Then we shall have a discussion about Paul Bremer, John Negroponte, Paul Wolfowitz et al and we shall talk about honest government.
