Agreed. Citing Hizbullah as a "responsible" party in Lebanon is a desperate stretch. Hizbullah is responsible for their own immediate self-interests; otherwise, they are busy creating a desert of misery, hatred, and jihad.

Why? Because Hezbollah knows that Israel, having pulled back to the U.N. border, has the moral and strategic high ground, and would blow up the power plants of Beirut if Hezbollah invaded

This is what we never, ever did in North Vietnam. Never even threatened to do. It is what brought down the Serbs. People will not tolerate losing electricity,and will kick out the government responsible for losing it.
