If your county is anything like mine, they make it almost impossible to do anything about annoying dogs. I was Pres. of our homeowners and people were constantly calling ME, asking me to do something about "bad" dogs.

The county said we had to send a certified letter to the homeowner and the county.
The letter had to be from the person complaining..the dog owner had seven days to respond and if they didn't the police came out and did something...I forgot what. At this point, my eyes glazed over, and my brain went numb (and contrary to popular opinion this doesn't happen often.)

Anyhow, I now could put it back on the complaining homeowner...I had nothing to do with it...thank heavens..
None of the homeowners did anything, it was too much trouble..
