Being closer to it than me, you might be right. But, you don't seem to give him credit for being able to learn from his mistakes. And, I still don't see WW, or his club, as an formally organized stock-pump business in the brick-&-motar or more-than-one-desk sense. In electrical engineering, if I were to see a peer pursuing a design or method I knew to be a "..failure-in-the-making.." I'd take him aside (..aka: PM or phone him..) and point out where I felt he was going to have major problems or a burn-down - and what the costs (..liability, lawsuits, reputation..) might be. I realize that the *"..Squeaker.."* ( aka: Portnoy ) has no other intent but to badger, bluster and bleat in mega-boldface, but if you see WW on the wrong track - why not let him know you POV privately. Sputtering "...mmmary-ism..." smells like sunburned dock-carp, aye. John :-) .
