Here is how the DuPont deal works according to a very informed poster:

Yes of course I think it is a fraud. To be clear, a calculated and deliberate fraud in contrast to some public-company managers who get careless and become to carried away with their owned bull shit.

Pilkington was "licensed" to provide services to other "licensees" REFR does not receive "licence" fees even in the highly improbable circumstance that Pilkington provides these services.

Secondly, Dupont's "license" is very likely the exact same thing, with a clause added to cover products they would hypothetically sell -- for which a predict there will be none as is the case with just about every other licensee.

Why on earth would one more "license" agreement change anybody's opinion about REFR. If anyhting one more dormant license simply bolster the case against them.

Let me interperate yesterday's Dupont nonsense. REFR approached a laminating division (the CFO of DD is likely dumbfounded as to what the hell the Woodbury generated press release picked up by the wire services is all about) to be a supplier of some sort of commidity service, very similar if not identical to the GE bullshit. REFR calls it a "licnesee" agreement. I call it a contract manufacturing agreement for which there is not even a work (how could there be when REFR, SPD, In, Inspectech have no money)

How do I know I am close to the truth? Because of what REFR does *not* say. Furthermore REFR exaggerates and misrepresents. You can be sure there is less to the information provided not more. Otherwise you would have known.

They say nothing to define what this "license" means because it is nothing.
