My indian friend and my pakistani acquaintance want to be searched. One said how can my family and i feel safe on a flight if folks who look like me get through without a serious check. The terrorists look like me and for my families security i am willing to pay the price every time. He also suggested frequent flyers should get some sort of flight pass that proves that they are not a threat. Mike

There have been a lot of complaints that the Homeland Security Department hasn't done enough to protect America and I do agree that more can be done.

But who or what is it that is preventing our billion-billion-billion-billion dollar airline security apparatus from preventing another 9/11? Is it the ACLU sitting in wait for any inkling of profiling that might take place? Who?
