9-11 happened on Cheney-Bush's watch despite numerous warnings of major Al Qaida strikes within the US including hijackings. No matter which way you spin this you cannot get around those facts. Not a single mention of terrorism from any key White House leader until AFTER 9-11. Neither Ashcroft nor Rice even mentioned terrorism in their national security speeches right up to 9-11. Clarke was telling the truth and was right. Bush was AWOL on terror.

PS: Kerry warned Bush about homeland Al Qaida attacks too.
