A positive can always be found to offset a negative.
Cause and effect or chicken or the egg.
The selling point of a smaller 3 oz burger vs a 4 oz... it has less fat.

Bush's cause was not to spread democracy throughout the Middle East. There was never any statement made that I'm aware of to support a presumption such as that. There are many other dictatorships etc. whose majority certainly desires it to be over-run or over-thrown. So the question will always remain- as will the answer that seems all to apparent: Why did Bush need to fabricate, embellish, lie, and prey on his mourning nation in order to show cause for going after Saddam? The id of Bush and his father wanted to remove the Saddam monkey off their back.
