You cannot cut taxes further and pay off the debt. Kerry refers to tax cuts, but he will increase taxes, he is going to hit many people and corporations, users taxes to raise the necessary revenues to fund new additional programs...

The economy will generate many new dollars now that it is hot, but make no mistake about it, Kerry will raise many taxes, he simply will only talk about cuts...this is what politicians do, they are not honest with the voters...they are after a job and then laugh at the voters when in the privacy of their rooms for believing what they said. The pattern is not new...
