OT: My answer may disappoint you, but it is the truth as developed from my research, concluded last Nov and constantly updated. 1) How much per currently is a closely guarded trade secret, always has been. 2) My recent reseach revealed in my kit shows that for years, even the USGS can't get a straight answer from the JMs and UMICORES of this world about their PGM loadings for the various OEM and secondary market C/C providers. 3) Reported "Refining Industry" norms under-reported by world refineries...my guess---due to taxation concerns. For example: I just had a client from Germany call and get a quote from DeGussa refinery for "avg pgm loadings." Their numbers were so under-reported, it was astounding. And it was only on the Pt loading they were willing to pay for, 6 months out, 50 oz minimums, on 120 futures contract basis, not the Pt, Pd, and Rh. 4) CC first appeared in 1972, and were the size of Coke cans. 5) When they first came out, 1 Pt oz was enough to sputter onto 64 converters, whether pellet or HC 6) Now, the "averages" as best I can determine are the following: USA loadings 40-55 OZ per metric ton European loadings 80-100 oz per metric ton. MY New Millenium Biz model is 7 specific converters yield 1oz. Therefore, I reco collecting 7 for 3 weeks and processing on the 4th week. Doing so, month in and month out, at $38 troy oz cost (yes for the combined Pt,Pd,Rh cost) said small footprint businessman/woman will realize approx $10,000 per annum in personal savings per this biz model. If one can get ahold of them, EURO 3 standard C/Cs are currently higher than that, with a specific fitration device for a vehicle containing 50 grams per filter. Yes, that is a moving vehicle, not a scrubber on some smokestack somewhere. It is no accident my well researched biz model is being sought by entrepreneurs all over the world...currently I've shipped to France, Kuwait, New Zealand, Sweden, Germany, Canada, South Africa, Ecuador, Great Britain, and Australia, besides here in good ole USA.
