When Bush speaks, one can tell that he means what he says. Bush believes in what he is doing.

Kerry speaks like a typical politician, quoting from various opinions which were prepared for him by the DNC. If Kerry ever lost his notes and instructions, he probably would flip-flop on half of his stands.
