What he should have done in lieu of receiving direct cash payments from one of the biggest government contractors (Halliburton), is he should have arragned to have his compensation from Halliburton put into a blind trust, holding securities that he doesn't know what companies they are invested in. Doing so would have avoided the conflict of interest that he is now engaged in. I guess noone cares about ethics anymore?!? Another sign of the decline of America. And, Clinton was impeached for lying about keeping his pants on?
