Dennis Ross was just on Fox news with Brit Hume. He said the same thing about this not being a 180, maybe just a 90. <g> But he did say that 2/3 of the WB settlements were behind the security fence while 1/3 were exposed. He didnt go into any further detail but my thought is that the 2/3 behind the fence are the probably the ones ceded to israel in the Camp David proposals. The 1/3 that exist on the wrong side of the fence will not be defensible if a WB Pal state is created so the Camp David Deal sans right of return given up by the Pals for the settlements beyond the fence will be the deal. So sometime perhaps in 2005 or 2006 after thousands of deaths, the essentials of the 2000 deal may provide the basis for settlement. Mike
