Dood....come on! John Kerry had a pretty nice life as a kid. I don't hold that against him anymore than I do with George Bush.

Young John Forbes Kerry grew up well connected in the upper-class due to his Forbes and Winthrop roots. Kerry is said to have idolized John F Kennedy, with whom he and his family socialized. Kerry, who often alluded to having the same initials as President Kennedy, is pictured on the left sailing with President Kennedy.

It's hilarious that you made that statement about GW Bush. sKerry was born to wealth, never worked in private sector--solely taxpayer funded jobs, summered (still does) in France, married heiresses. The only time he ever did anything worthwhile in his life was by serving in Vietnam. Then he had the poor judgement to disparage that service by slandering his fellow soldiers in order to win an election.
