I haven't seen Bush speak in a long time, but when I have seen him it's always been striking how much more bright and open Clinton always was compared to him... sure he was a master at guiding the topic and blabbing away... but he was open and engaging.. ie. not driven by fear. Bush is often fearful IMO. Why would be an interesting psychological study.

I hear you about Saddam, makes sense.
