Thank you for acknowledging that. What's funny is that you advocate it, even though you have no idea.

Can't you see the dis-incentive for this plan? It has a strong incentive to remain poor and pay no taxes. Little incentive to get ahead. You may be better off in a system like Cuba or the old Soviet Republic.
