Are you saying that Bush could stop all the falsehoods concerning Kerry just by saying "stop it"? (fake pictures, false rumor of an affair, lies about his serice record, etc.)

That is hilarious. That author is a moron.

I've stated on other boards that I think the 9/11 commission (in the made for TV form we saw) was a waste of time. The concept was fine and I think we needed to review some issues to make sure we don't have the same failures again. However, the time for that to start was on 9/12. Right now we need to keep our eye on the ball and look forward, not behind, or we're going to have another event while these partisan coneheads jockey for political gain.

The 9-11 commission is run by a Republican, doofus.
Kean was appointed by Cheney-Bush because he's a loyal republican. The ones making this partisan are the GOP senators like Frist lying their stupid heads off.

The only reason the rightwing is attacking the commission is because the non-partisan 9-11 wives forced Cheney-Bush to grudgingly answer questions and get the truth out. Clarke (only as a patriot and our #1 counter-terror expert) blew the lid off Cheney-Bush's phony war on terror, especially prior to 9-11 when they did absolutely NOTHING against terror. Clarke is also a life-long Republican who calls Bush Sr. the greatest president of our lifetimes.

This is all about the completely dishonest RNC politics of personal destruction against anyone who dares speech the truth. Cheney-Bush are behaving exacting like the old Soviet Union politburo did against dissidents. Shame on them and shame on you for posting such BS.
