cnyndwllr, do you know what "Failure to accomplish annual medical examination" means exactly, I mean it sounds like he refused to take the test but could it also mean that he took it but failed it? I know there wasn't anything in the records junior released which explains this but there were a lot of things which should have been there but weren't.
