Your simplistic faulting of those who find mr. bill totally unfit because all of the obvious implications of his conduct shows stupidity. Only stupid people condemn others by a clear example of judging their morality or hypocracy. You simplistic faulting logically implied you accepted as not important or not relavent. "mr. bill's self gratification addiction with the assistance of interns did not compromise his time thinking about his oath to protect and serve, well your post shows you such an idiot why would anyone expect you to comprehend. That logical inference leads to the stated observation. That you asked the question and had to have it explained vindicates the observation...why would anyone expect you to comprehend.
