That's probably true but in junior's suspension from flight status it doesn't say he failed to take it. It says "Failure to accomplish annual medical examination" which to me could also mean he took it and failed it. If that was the case i'm sure he would have had no trouble getting anything which was evidence of that expunged, after all anybody can look at the papers he released and see that there are a lot of thing missing, like what was done about all of those months he was AWOL for instance.
