Citizens must begin to realize how corrupt these gov't contracts are. My dentist has a client who is an engineer. He helped the Iraqis put together a bid to rebuild a bridge we blew up. Their bid was 50M. Halliburton bid 500M and won the bid. They turned around and sub'd it to the Iraqis for 50M. I wonder where the other 450M went?????? Wanna Guess????? This is typical and called Corporate Welfare. I would rather see a family get shelter, food and healthcare for a thousand a month on welfare than see a corporation pocket these millions for their top executives. The GOP tries hard to get their constituents to have a hatred toward welfare but they fail to include the bigger dollar corporate welfare.
