So far I really like how Bill Gross's PCRDX has worked. Paid a big dividend, too. Re commodities: by "play them short" do you mean play them short term or play them on the short side? I am content to let the PIMCO people keep me invested in a basket that tracks that Dow commodities average for a while. As you know, can get a pretty good idea how things went the day before from this site: djindexes.com and a general idea of how things are currently going: bloomberg.com
