Bush actions vs. Bush words. Rumsfeld says the Fallujah insurgents are thugs and terrorists. Bush says we don't deal with thugs and terrorists. Right now we're in the middle of a cease fire with those thugs and terrorists in Fallujah, and at this moment we're meeting with them and NEGOTIATING with them face to face. So is it that we DO negotiate with thugs and terrorists, or is it that these are Iraqi NATIONALIST insurgents and that's why we're negotiating with them? I think it's clear that it's the second option and that fact illustrates that the "thugs and terrorists" spin is just that; spin.
