Good. It doesn't make sense to come here only to filter out the people who most get to us. Some leftists here have these huge lists of people on "ignore." Makes no sense. They ought to just join a club in which everyone thinks like them. They could there form their own forum and then sit around agreeing with one another. Personally, I love the disagreement, the rejection of my views I find here. If the people who have a great interest in destroying my views are unable to destroy them, then the views gain more stability. Also, it takes years and years to move people on some of these issues and this forum allows us the opportunity to give such a long term influence. It may seem a trivial thing to many, but consider this: we keep coming back - repeatedly. There is something in all of us that drives us here. I think that we all are trying hard to communicate, to find a connection to each other. That is our identity as human creatures. So putting someone on "Ignore" just thwarts what we all are and what we are all trying to do here. Th SI ADMIN folks kep things from getting just plain nasty and brutish. I trust them. I think the rest of us should just ignore "ignore" and let's try to influence each other. When Emile, Brent and the other jew-hater (whose name escapes me at the moment), come around to spread poison, don't ignore. Either respond with your truth, or look for someone like me to do it. Then ram the truth home. Just let the thing go and, if we are right (and we certainly are), it will over the long haul do what it should. I should tell you there are people right here, right now, who, six years ago had a certain general worldview on various issues, but whose view has slowly morphed into another worldview, one very much like ours. I know least two such people. I also know of a handful of others who, though they may consider themselves our opponents on certain issues, in reality actually agree with us. They are in transition and they don't even know it. I am not prepared to say I had anything to do with any of this, but I have witnessed the change and that is good enough for me whatever its cause. I have a real ball here.
