The only things which are in them are things which his handlers have determined can't be used against him. I'd like to see someone try and get access to James Bath's records. Bath was suspended from flying the same month for the same offense as junior. They were in the same outfit together. Bath later became one of junior's business partners and junior's liaison with members of the bin Laden family and other bin Laden supporters. I believe he got an early out at about the same time as junior too. There should be some clues in Bath's files about what has been taken out of junior's, if Bath's haven't been sanitized too. I think bush supporters are making a mistake when they try to attack a war hero's service while overlooking the miserable service record which junior has.
